USDA FUNDING

The USDA is one of the most important federal agencies when it comes to the local seafood system, however, most fishermen and seafood suppliers assume that they are not eligible for the USDA’s programs and funding opportunities. That is why the Alaska Sustainable Fisheries Trust published the USDA Seafood Funding Guide: to help members of the seafood sector better understand which USDA programs they might be eligible for and how to successfully apply for USDA funding.
